    MOSCOW, February 1 Deputy head of the Central Election Commission Nikolai Bulaev held a meeting of the working group on organizing voting abroad, where they discussed the issues of informing voters living abroad about the upcoming presidential elections in the Russian Federation, as well as the topic of distributing ballot papers for foreign polling stations.
    «On February 1, 2024, the Central Election Commission of Russia held a meeting of the Working Group on the organization of voting abroad, chaired by the head of the group, Deputy Head of the Central Election Commission Nikolai Bulaev… The working group considered issues of informing voters living abroad about the upcoming presidential elections in Russia,» — says the CEC website.

    In addition, the meeting touched upon the distribution of ballots for foreign precincts and the organization of data transfer of protocols of precinct election commissions, as well as the possibility of using the Stop-Double digital service.

    «It was attended by the Secretary of the Central Election Commission of Russia Natalya Budarina, members of the Commission Pavel Andreev and Anton Lopatin, representatives of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, the state corporation Rosatom, foreign territorial election commission, the FCI under the Central Election Commission of Russia and employees of the Central Election Commission Office,” reports the Central Election Commission.
