KALINGRAD, February 2 The domain of the regional government has been experiencing massive DDoS attacks from outside the country all day, portal gov39.ru is not yet available to users, said the governor’s press secretary Dmitry Lyskov.
«All day long, the domain of the regional government has been experiencing massive DDoS attacks from outside our country. Our specialists have established this. Currently, the gov39.ru portal is not available to users. The regional Ministry of Digital Development is working to restore the functionality of the resource,» said Lyskov.
The agency’s interlocutor added that “we are not talking about some kind of critical collapse of the portal database.”
