A teacher from the Leningrad region, who was detained for having an affair with a student, said that nothing really happened between them. She claims that she gave her first testimony under pressure from the investigator. “Baza” writes about this.
The teachers’ relatives said in a conversation with the publication that the 11-year-old boy began active puberty and he began to show signs of attention to the 25-year-old teacher last year.
The schoolboy allegedly sent her messages with declarations of love and various obscene proposals. Relatives claim that the girl responded evasively to all his messages so as not to traumatize the child’s psyche.
However, her colleagues soon became aware of her unhealthy interest in the teacher. The teacher and the boy's mother were summoned for investigation.
The women's relatives say that she told about the boy's harassment and offered to resign. But the school management left her, the conflict was resolved.
But the boy’s mother saw her son’s correspondence five months later and after that wrote a statement to the police. The teacher was detained right during lessons.
The publication also writes, with reference to the relatives of the detainee, that during the interrogation the investigator convinced her to write an explanatory note and indicate that she simply fell in love with the boy. Allegedly, for this she was promised an “administrative charge” and to be released in a few days.
The investigator allegedly wrote the text herself by hand and gave it to the woman to sign. At the same time, she did not have a lawyer during the interview.
But after receiving an explanation, a criminal case was initiated. The court refused to arrest the teacher and sent her under house arrest.
