In December 2023, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree extending the current moratorium on business inspections until the end of 2024. A moratorium on scheduled business inspections was established in 2022. According to the document, scheduled inspections can only be carried out at facilities of extremely high and high risk categories.
