As a result of the shelling of a bakery in Lisichansk, 28 people were killed. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
One child was among the dead. Rescuers pulled ten more people out of the rubble alive and are receiving medical assistance.
The authorities of the self-proclaimed LPR reported the shelling of the bakery the day before, on February 3. The Russian-appointed head of the region, Leonid Pasechnik, declared February 4 a day of mourning.
