Residents of 28 regions of Russia will be able to vote in the presidential elections on the federal platform DEG — vybory.gov.ru — from March 15 to 17,” the department clarified.
The most active regions were the Moscow region, Chuvashia, Altai Territory, Rostov and Sverdlovsk regions. For Muscovites, remote voting will be available on the regional portal.
Users can find out the number and address of their polling station and view information about candidates in the voter’s personal account on “State Services”. In order to cast a vote offline at a location other than your place of registration, you can use the Mobile Voter service and select a convenient polling station.
The Federation Council has scheduled presidential elections for March 17, 2024. Voting will last three days: March 15, 16 and 17.
Currently, eight people are vying for the post of head of state. The Central Election Commission registered four presidential candidates: Leonid Slutsky, Nikolai Kharitonov, Vladislav Davankov and Vladimir Putin.
