The Basmanny District Court of Moscow arrested Vladimir Salautin for seven days, who was detained at the Saturday rally of the wives of the mobilized. This was reported by SOTA and SotaVision.
Salautin was found guilty under the protocol of petty hooliganism involving disobedience to a police officer (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). According to the security forces, the participant in the action swore and resisted arrest.
According to Salautin himself, he broke away because he did not see who grabbed him: the security forces approached him from behind and “immediately began to wring his hands without even introducing himself.» Defense attorney Vladimir Nemanov explained that his client had no intention of swearing in front of the police, and the man came to the rally “for a good purpose” — to support the wife of his mobilized close friend.

Salautin was detained on February 3 at the “500 days of mobilization” rally , which took place in the Alexander Garden.
The day before, the wives of those mobilized from the “Way Home” movement, who demand the signing of a decree on demobilization, called on “all who care” to come to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Immediately after the start of the action, arrests began — at least 34 people, including journalists and human rights activists, ended up in two police departments. Almost everyone was released with a warning, but Salautov was kept in the police department for almost two days.
Today Yaroslav Ryazanov was released from the police department, since 48 hours had passed since his arrest. According to OVD-Info, a protocol was drawn up against him regarding disobedience to police officers (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). A court hearing in his administrative case will be held on February 16. Ryazanov came to Saturday’s rally with a small banner: “They paid their debt — demobilization awaits them???”
