In Germany, Scholz's energy policy was called toxic

MOSCOW, February 6 President of the Federal Association of German Industry (BDI) Siegfried Russwurm called German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's energy policy «absolutely toxic.»
“»No one can say with certainty today what the (structure — ed.) energy supply will look like in seven years, and that is why no one can say how high energy prices will be in Germany by then. For companies who need to make investment decisions, this is absolutely toxic,” Russwurm told the Financial Times.
The head of the association of German industrialists noted that Germany's decision to reduce the use of nuclear energy and coal and switch to renewable sources puts German companies at a disadvantage compared to firms in other developed countries.

Russwurm called Germany's climate agenda the most categorical among all countries.
