WARSAW, February 7 Polish President Andrzej Duda believes that Former US President Donald Trump will keep his promise to end the conflict in Ukraine in 24 hours if he wins the elections again.
Previously, Trump said that if he were the president of the United States, he would end the conflict in Ukraine in 24 hours. In turn, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov doubted that the Kyiv authorities are ready for a peaceful resolution of the conflict, including according to the Trump formula.
“»I can say based on my personal experience as the President of the Polish Republic, who once worked with President Donald Trump during his first presidential term. What he promised me was fulfilled. So, if I received any promise from President Trump, if he promised me something, then it was fulfilled,” Duda told reporters in Rwanda.
Duda's speech is broadcast by his office.
“So I can say that President Trump keeps his word and if he says something, he takes it seriously,” the Polish leader concluded.
