NIZHNY NOVGOROD, February 8 Investigative Committee investigators are finding out the details of the incident with dogs that drove a child onto an entrance canopy in the city of Gorodets, Nizhny Novgorod Region, the department’s press service reported.
Previously, in the community “Nizhny Novgorod without censorship” on the social network “VKontakte” and in Telegram channels, a photograph was posted of a child climbing onto the canopy of the entrance to a house on Respublikanskaya Street, and a pack of dogs below. It is alleged that the boy climbed higher, escaping from stray dogs, and sat there until one of the adults took him.
“»Investigators of the Investigative Committee organized a procedural inspection. Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are being clarified. During the inspection, a criminal legal assessment will be given to the actions (inaction) of local government officials,» the message says.
