ST. PETERSBURG, February 8. Blogger Anastasia Ivleeva sued a private entrepreneur from St. Petersburg for about 6 thousand rubles with claims against him in the amount of over 1 million rubles, it follows from the case materials.
«To recover from the individual entrepreneur Dmitry Aleksandrovich Larichkin… in favor of the individual entrepreneur Anastasia Vyacheslavovna Uzenyuk (surname Ivleeva after her ex-husband — ed.) 6048 rubles in penalties and 133 rubles in reimbursement of legal expenses for the payment of the state duty. In The rest of the claim must be rejected,” says the decision of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region on the Electronic Justice portal.
The reasoning part of the judicial act indicating the reasons for Ivleeva’s financial claims has not yet been published. According to the case file, claims were made in the amount of 1 million 79 thousand 586 rubles 41 kopecks.
