MOSCOW, February 8 Russian producers should not feel like strangers at this celebration of life, we need to create good conditions for them in the Russian Federation, said Russian President Vladimir Putin .
He noted that initially, under the conditions of sanctions, decisions were made in order to fill all the gaps, so that the market was filled with the necessary equipment, therefore, favorable conditions were created for foreign partners.
