MOSCOW, February 8 Russian President Vladimir Putin invited members of the Council for Science and Education to discuss the development strategy of the Russian Science Foundation.
«We will discuss the development strategy of the Russian Science Foundation today. I note that the market traditionally places strict demands on the selection of projects and the results of research. It is fundamentally important that the foundation works as an effective tool in supporting scientists, especially young scientists,» said leader of Russia at a meeting of the Council for Science and Education.
