MOSCOW, February 9 Head of the Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova of the Russian Federation noted the need to quickly resolve the issue with ballot papers due to the changed situation, including difficulties in delivering ballots abroad.
At a meeting on Friday, the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation approved the text of the ballot for the presidential elections of the Russian Federation.
«It is very good that we are considering this issue so quickly today. Since our situation has changed, we have added regions, our logistics for delivering ballots to polling stations outside the Russian Federation have become more complicated, that is, in this case, taking into account current circumstances, every day is dear to us,” Pamfilova said.

The Federation Council has scheduled presidential elections for March 17, 2024. Voting will last three days: March 15, 16 and 17. Four candidates registered by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation are vying for the post of head of state: Leonid Slutsky, Nikolai Kharitonov, Vladislav Davankov and Vladimir Putin.
