On Sakhalin, two foreign cars collided head-on, three people died
The press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Sakhalin Region reported that as a result of a collision between two cars on Sakhalin, three people were killed and two more were seriously injured.
It is specified that the traffic accident occurred on the morning of February 12 in the Tomarinsky district at the 514th kilometer of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk — Okha federal highway.
“According to preliminary information, 38 -year-old female driver. The woman, being intoxicated, lost control and drove into the oncoming lane,” noted the regional traffic police department.
There, the female driver collided with a Toyota Chaser car. As a result of the accident, two passengers in the first foreign car and one in the second car died. The driver and 7-year-old girl passenger of the Toyota Chaser were taken to a medical facility.
