MOSCOW, February 11 All certificates, social benefits and allowances will become available on the State Services portal by the end of 2024, the Deputy Prime Minister said Dmitry Chernyshenko at the Day of State Services as part of the international exhibition and forum «Russia».
“More than 87% of certificates, social benefits, benefits can be obtained online. By the end of this year, we undertake that we will transfer the remaining 13%,” Chernyshenko said, recalling that Russia has entered the top 10 countries in terms of the level of digitalization of the public service sector.
He noted that in 2019, only 5% of mass socially significant services were available in electronic format, and now — after 5 years — it is already 100%.
Chernyshenko spoke about the work of super services in the State Services: now there are already 13 of them, including “Online University Admission”, which was used by almost 1 million people last year. Through the “Birth of a Child” super service, which makes it possible to register the birth of a child without visiting the registry office or MFC, more than 350 thousand electronic applications for birth registration were submitted.
The Deputy Chairman of the Government added that thanks to such services, Russians submitted 45.9 million applications for pensions, more than 34 million applications for social support, 3.2 million for assistance with disabilities, more than 3.7 thousand applications to the court, as well as generated 32 thousand construction plans and filed the same number of accidents.
