In Barnaul, a first-grader stole a car and had an accident
In Barnaul, Altai Territory, a first-grader saw a car with the key left in the ignition and stole it. The regional police reported this.
As it became known, a 7-year-old child stole a car that was parked in the courtyard of a house on Sukhova Street. He drove a couple of meters and was involved in a three-vehicle accident. One of the drivers needed medical attention.
The first-grader himself fled the scene. Law enforcement officers were able to catch the child, as a video of the incident was posted on social networks.
The police found out that the boy was being raised by his mother. The woman has two more children. Previously, the family lived in one of the rural areas of the region, where, most likely, the child was taught to drive. Now employees of the juvenile affairs unit are working with the family.
