MOSCOW, February 8 Russia will always be open to scientific contacts in the interests of all humanity, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
On Thursday he spoke at a gala evening in the Kremlin dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The President noted that fruitful scientific cooperation between Russian scientists and foreign colleagues continues, despite attempts to prevent this.
““I’ll emphasize that we will always be open to partnership in the interests of all humanity,” Putin said.
