MOSCOW, February 12 The wife of actor Alexander Pankratov-Cherny, Yulia Monakhova, in a conversation with, denied reports that he was diagnosed with atherosclerosis of the aorta.

Last week Monakhova said that Pankratov-Cherny slipped, injured a rib and was being treated at home. However, she did not confirm the information that he allegedly had a heart attack.
Alexander Pankratov-Cherny is People’s Artist of Russia and South Ossetia. His roles in Karen Shakhnazarov’s films “We are from Jazz” and “Winter Evening in Gagra” brought him widespread fame.
