Minivan GAC M8 officially launches in Russia: prices announced

The Chinese van is available in four trim levels, but you won’t be able to choose an engine. “Live” sales from official dealers will begin soon.

The full-size GAC minivan has been produced in China since 2017. Initially, it bore the index GM8, then in its homeland the model was renamed M8, and for export markets (the list includes Russia) the name GN8 was invented. In 2022, the van entered its second generation. And later, new MPVs appeared in the Russian Federation — but we are talking about “parallel” cars, and they were transported by both private sellers and large dealers. So now the Russian representative office of GAC has announced that the “second” minivan is officially entering the market: they abandoned the name GN8, and our model will be sold as GAC M8. By the way, the first generation minivan has already left Russia.
