““I believe that when transferring intellectual rights to manufacturers, that is, commercializing breakthrough scientific solutions, research teams should receive decent remuneration, the so-called royalty. The amount of such payments should be calculated according to clear rules and a unified methodology,” Putin said in during the plenary session of the Future Technologies Forum.
And in general, according to the president, it is necessary to create a modern legal framework for the creation, testing, and use of the most advanced medical technologies.
“»Separate legislative decisions have already been made. This includes the use of personalized medicines developed for a specific patient, as well as the development of such a new direction as regenerative medicine,» Putin said.
