The government of the Rostov region commented on messages from residents of Rostov- on Don and other settlements in the region about the loud sound of an explosion. According to the authorities, the air defense in the region did not work.
“According to the military, the air defense did not work today,” said the press service of the governor of the Rostov region.
Residents of Rostov heard a loud sound , Bataysk, Aksay, Shakhty and a number of other settlements on the afternoon of February 16. Because of it, alarms went off on many cars. There is no information about any arrivals or destruction.
