MOSCOW, February 16 Participants of the international forum » United Russia «For the Freedom of Nations» is united by a caring attitude towards the fate of humanity, said party chairman Dmitry Medvedev, speaking at the plenary session of the event.
«»Representatives of political parties and public organizations from different parts of the world gathered in Moscow — Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America — represent the true global majority. We are united by a deep interest in the prosperity of our peoples, a not indifferent attitude to the fate of humanity , the desire for its full development, free from neo-colonial practices,” Medvedev said.
The international forum of supporters of the fight against modern practices of colonialism — “For the Freedom of Nations” is taking place in Moscow on February 15-17.
According to the organizers, about 400 delegates will gather at the forum events. They will discuss issues of countering interference in the sovereign affairs of states, countering destructive neo-colonial practices, independence in the political, financial, economic, information and other spheres.
