CHELYABINSK , February 16More than 800 loans have already been issued in Russia under the industrial mortgage program, under which companies can take out a loan of up to 500 million rubles at 3.5% for the purchase or renovation of production space, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
«Industrial mortgages have been launched… To buy, build or renovate production facilities, companies can attract a seven-year loan of up to 500 million rubles at a rate of 3.5% per annum. More than 800 such loans have already been issued,» Putin said at a meeting on support of investment projects in Russian industry.
