MAKHACHKALA, February 18 The police found a 15-year-old girl from Makhachkala, Aishat Abdulmutalibova, who was searched for five days — during which time she visited several regions of Dagestan and even Chechnya, Gayana Garieva, head of the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, reported in her Telegram channel.
Previously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that 15-year-old Abdulmutalibova left the house at 5 a.m. on February 13 and did not return.
“A 15-year-old resident of Makhachkala, Abdulmutalibova Aishat, who had been wanted since February 13, was found in the evening (February 17) by police officers of the Derbent city department. The girl managed to visit several regions of the republic, go to Grozny and return to Derbent again, where she was found by police officers,” Garieva said.
The girl was taken to the police department to investigate the situation; the reasons for what happened are to be established.
