MOSCOW, February 15 Almost 10 million young Russians have become participants in the Pushkin Card program, said Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova.
“»Almost 10 million children have already joined it («Pushkin Map» — ed.) and have the opportunity to attend movies, exhibitions, concerts, and performances for free,» the head of the department said at the «Russia» exhibition and forum at VDNKh at the plenary session «On key results and achievements in the field of culture.»
She noted that this represents 72% of all Russian citizens aged 14 to 22 years.
«Pushkin Card» is a program to popularize cultural events, launched in Russia on September 1, 2021. The card allows young people from 14 to 22 years old to visit theaters, museums and concert halls throughout the country.
