MOSCOW, February 19 Gold mining company Polymetal International is selling its Russian business to the Mangazeya company based on a valuation of $3.69 billion, reports Polymetal.
«The transaction will be implemented through the sale of 100% of the shares of Polymetal JSC (the holding company of the group's Russian assets) to Mangazeya Plus JSC. Under the terms of the transaction, Polymetal JSC is valued at $3.69 billion, including external and intra-group debt <…>,” the message says. The company expects the deal to be closed by the end of March 2024.
