MOSCOW, February 19 Message from Russian President Vladimir Putin may take place on February 29, said State Duma deputy Stanislav Naumov.
“On February 29 there will be a message from the president,” Naumov said during parliamentary hearings on the topic of legislative support for the children's goods industry in the Russian Federation on Monday.
