MOSCOW, February 22 European countries have not yet come up with any proposals on the issue of maintaining the transit of gas from the Russian Federation through Ukraine, a source in economics said government block.
Earlier, the Minister of Energy of Russia Nikolai Shulginov spoke at the Energy Day at the international exhibition and forum «Russia» about the fact that it is the European countries that should approach the Russian Federation with a proposal on how to maintain gas transit through Ukraine.
When asked whether there were any contacts between Russia and Europe on gas transit, the agency’s interlocutor answered negatively. “No,” he said.
