The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow received materials from an administrative case on inciting hatred or enmity (Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code) against Sergei Butria, the author of the popular blog “Notes of a Children's Doctor.” Journalist Yulia Azarova found information about this in the court file.
What exactly became the reason for the protocol is unknown. According to Dozhd's information, the security forces' claims could have been caused by the pediatrician's interview with journalist Katerina Gordeeva, which was published almost a year ago. In it, Butriy calls the invasion of Ukraine a “big disaster” and talks about his friend who joined the Ukrainian terrorist defense. The doctor himself has not yet commented on the preparation of the protocol.

Almost 230 thousand people are subscribed to his public page on VKontakte, and more than one hundred thousand users are subscribed to his Telegram channel. In his blog “Notes of a Children's Doctor,” Butriy talks about childhood diseases and fights prejudices in medicine.
