According to the department, from 2019 to 2023, a 48-year-old man corrupted two little girls. It is clarified that he committed “acts of a sexual nature without the use of violence” with the ten-year-old sister of his former partner, as well as with the child’s friend.
“In addition, the man also committed illegal actions against the girl’s friend, born in 2008… The defendant gave the girls money, gave them rides in the car and bought alcohol. At the court hearing, the man did not admit guilt, claiming that he was a victim of a slander,” it says in the message.
Criminal cases were initiated against the man under four articles, including “Sexual intercourse and other acts of a sexual nature with a person under sixteen years of age” and “Debauchery.” It is clarified that the hearings were held behind closed doors in the Lazarevsky District Court. The defendant's guilt was fully proven.
