MOSCOW, February 26 Russian President Vladimir Putin During the first half of the week, he is preparing to announce his message to the Federal Assembly; every day he has dozens of contacts with ministers, heads of departments and assistants from the administration, the Russian leader’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Monday.
«The President is working in the Kremlin, a week has begun, the first half of which will be mainly devoted to preparing for the address to the Federal Assembly… the President is personally working on this text. During these days, which precede the announcement of the address, the President has dozens of telephone calls a day and personal contacts of a working nature — both with ministers and deputy prime ministers, heads of departments and administration assistants. The issue is very tense,» he said.
“The text that comes out in the end is the presidential text. Therefore, the president will prepare on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday,” he added.
The head of state will deliver a message to the Federal Assembly on February 29.
