The SUV intended for India received a “sport” version. Orders are already open, but a full presentation is yet to come.
The “sporty” N Line version of the compact crossover Hyundai Creta appeared back in 2022: this version debuted in Brazil. Now the “warmed up” Creta has been announced in India, where the model has just undergone an alternative restyling. The local division of the brand has so far distributed only a few branded images, and there are no prices yet. But orders are already open on the Indian website, and the main characteristics are revealed there. However, let's start with the design.
The Hyundai Creta N Line intended for India has an original radiator grille with a mesh instead of the massive plates of the standard crossover, as well as slightly more aggressive bumpers and a large spoiler on the tailgate. The body kit sports red inserts, and the brake calipers are made in the same color. In addition, the N Line version has exposed twin exhaust pipes. Finally, the “sporty” Crete got original 18-inch wheels (a regular SUV gets 16- or 17-inch wheels).
In the only image of the interior so far, you can see red trim on the front seat upholstery. The “sporty” Creta is made on the basis of the most expensive configuration, so the list of equipment includes a virtual tidy, a multimedia system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen, climate control, all-round cameras, adaptive cruise control, auto braking and lane keeping systems movement.
Indians will be offered the Hyundai Creta N Line with a single engine — a top-end 1.5 petrol turbo-four with a power of 160 hp, which is combined with a six-speed manual or a seven-speed robotic gearbox with two clutches. It is curious that the standard local Creta with 1.5T is not equipped with manual transmission. The regular crossover is also available with a naturally aspirated 1.5 MPI (115 hp) and a 1.5 CRDi diesel engine (116 hp): both engines are equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission, for the gasoline engine you can choose a CVT, and for the diesel engine there is a classic six-speed automatic transmission. The Indian SUV comes exclusively with front-wheel drive.

A full presentation of the Creta N Line will be held on March 11 of this year.
We would like to remind you that the production of the Creta has recently resumed in Russia, and with it the Solaris and the family have returned to the production line Rio, only now these are not Hyundai and Kia, but models of the new Solaris brand. By the way, the crossover was announced, among other things, in the N Line version, which never managed to reach our market under its native brand. But there are no photos or characteristics of the Russian “sporty” SUV yet.
