The court registered a lawsuit against Ivleeva and “Mutabor” because of the “naked” party

MOSCOW, February 28 The Lefortovo District Court of Moscow registered a claim by a certain citizen Lukmanova and citizen Sokolov against blogger Anastasia Ivleeva and the Mutabor club because of a scandalous party demanding moral compensation in the amount of two rubles, the court was told.
“The court registered the claim materials on the claim of O.A. Lukmanova, A.V. Sokolov against Anastasia Vyacheslavovna Ivleeva, Art Center LLC for the recovery of compensation for moral damage in the amount of 1 ruble in favor of each plaintiff,” the court said.

This claim is the most minimal in terms of claims against Ivleeva and the club.

In addition, in March, the Lefortovo court will begin to essentially consider the claim of an activist from Tyumen, Yuri Ryabtsev, who was also offended by the “naked party” and is demanding compensation for moral damages in the amount of 1 billion rubles from Mutabor. However, he is ready to agree to a settlement if the club’s management makes preferential visits for SVO participants and low-income citizens.
So far, not a single plaintiff who has demanded compensation due to the party at Mutabor has been successful. Thus, on February 16, the Tagansky Court of Moscow rejected a claim against MTS for $1 billion — this is the only application at the moment that the court has already considered.
On January 10, the capital's court found Art Center LLC guilty under Article 6.6. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for catering) and suspended the work of the club for 90 days.
This is the maximum possible punishment under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offences. According to the court decision, the period is counted from December 27, 2023.

The protocol was considered behind closed doors. The lawyer of the Mutabor club insisted on this, since the case contains personal data and a diagnosis in the card of the infected patient. It was because of the presence of this person at the party that Rospotrebnadzor drew up a report on Art Center LLC, identifying his identity using a cash receipt for beer, which he paid for with his bank card.

The decision to suspend work was appealed. Later, the Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the court of first instance and rejected the complaint of Mutabor representatives.
The party, organized by Ivleeva, took place at the Mutabor club at the end of December last year. Many celebrities came to see it, including Ksenia Sobchak, Philip Kirkorov, Lolita Milyavskaya, Dima Bilan and other stars. The event was called a “naked party” because, following the dress code, guests were half naked. The organizer and participants posted photos on social networks, which caused a wave of indignation.
As a result, Ivleeva and other party participants were forced to make excuses.
The Lefortovo District Court fined Ivleeva 100 thousand under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses “Organization of mass presence of citizens in public places, resulting in a violation of public order.”
