MOSCOW, February 29 Technological sovereignty projects will receive priority budget funding, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
«We are talking about our strategic foundation for the future, so we will set up all the tools and development mechanisms we have to solve these problems. We will provide priority budget funding (for projects of technological sovereignty — ed.). I ask the government and the Federal Assembly to take into account «This is when preparing the budget. I always ask you to see this as a main priority,» Putin said, reading out his message to the Federal Assembly.
