Earlier, the city governor Alexander Beglov reported that the emergency occurred in two houses in the Krasnogvardeysky district of St. Petersburg, the glazing of the balconies was partially damaged. The Ministry of Emergency Situations and law enforcement officers are working at the scene of the incident. There are no casualties. Residents of the affected apartments were evacuated. They were temporarily placed in a kindergarten. Beglov headed the operational headquarters. He did not explain the reasons for what happened.
