MOSCOW, March 1 The Government of the Russian Federation has prepared amendments that improve the conditions of credit holidays for fighters of a special military operation; they provide for the write-off of interest on loans that accrued in the process of credit holidays, said Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
«Today on the agenda of the meeting is the issue of assistance to participants of the Military Military District… On behalf of the head of state, amendments to the legislation have been prepared that improve the conditions of credit holidays. Now the interest accrued during this time on loans to military personnel and their relatives will be written off, and if they have already been paid, such funds will be used to offset the repayment of the principal debt or other obligations,” Mishustin said at a meeting with the Cabinet of Ministers.
He added that this decision will help reduce the financial burden on those who protect the country by performing complex and dangerous tasks.
