PERM, March 1 Investigators opened a case after a girl beat a schoolgirl in Berezniki, Perm Territory, reports the regional department of the Investigative Committee.
According to the department, on the night of February 26, on the street near one of the houses on Yubileinaya Street in Perm Berezniki, an 18-year-old girl beat a minor born in 2008 for hooligan reasons.
“»In the city of Berezniki, Perm Territory, a criminal case has been opened for beating a minor on the grounds of a crime under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beating),» the message says.
Earlier, a video was published on the Telegram channel in which several young people stand around a girl in the dark. One of the girls hits her. The young man filming what is happening on video calls the “victim” and asks him to continue the bullying.
