Lavrov laughed when asked by a journalist about the possible sending of NATO troops to Ukraine
A video appeared on the Internet in which Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov responded to a journalist’s question about the possible dispatch of NATO troops to Ukraine.
The published footage shows how the diplomat, surrounded by aides and the press, leaves the hall. A correspondent for one of the channels asked the Russian minister about the statement of French President Emmanuel Macron, who allowed the sending of Western military personnel, including French ones, to Ukraine. Lavrov simply laughed in response.
Earlier, Lavrov spoke about the presence of Western military personnel in Ukraine. He stated that not only foreign mercenaries, but also career officers are in the conflict zone.
