MOSCOW, March 1 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, speaking about the amnesty for small companies, emphasized that it is important that companies do not have incentive to split up your business.
“It is important to ensure that they overcome this barrier in a reasonable manner, so that they are not afraid to grow, and, accordingly, they would not have incentives for such companies to split up their business,” he said at a government meeting.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his message to the Federal Assembly, instructed the Cabinet of Ministers, together with parliamentarians, to work out the parameters of an amnesty for small companies that, despite the actual growth of their business, were forced to use tax optimization schemes.
