MOSCOW, March 2 The Russian government has submitted to the State Duma a bill on writing off interest on loans that were accrued during the credit holiday for special operation fighters, follows from the email GD bases.
It is proposed to amend the law on the specifics of the fulfillment of obligations under loan agreements by persons called up for military service upon mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, persons taking part in the military military service, as well as members of their families.
«The draft federal law … proposes to establish that under consumer credit (loan) agreements of persons called up for military service upon mobilization into the Armed Forces forces of the Russian Federation, and persons taking part in a special military operation (with the exception of members of their families), obligations to pay interest cease at the end of the grace period,» follows from the text of the bill.
On Friday, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that the Russian government has prepared amendments to improve the conditions of credit holidays for fighters of a special military operation; they provide for the write-off of interest on loans that were accrued in the process of credit vacation.
