MOSCOW, March 4 T1 Holding held an educational program for young people in the “Smart Finance” pavilion at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”, during which it was possible to obtain information about in-demand IT professions and undergo HR consultations -specialists and learn how to protect yourself from cyber fraudsters, the company’s press service reports.
“There is currently a shortage of qualified personnel on the market. IT companies are trying to prevent this, because strong specialists are the key to competitiveness and long-term development. Now it is necessary to think about the future and form a reserve of potential talented candidates. They need to be developed literally from school. One of key goals of T1 Holding are to strengthen the country’s human resources potential, popularize specialized education and promote the Russian engineering school,” noted T1 Holding Deputy General Director for Personnel Ekaterina Kolesnikova, whose words are quoted in the message.
She added that the rich and publicly accessible program of T1 Holding at the Russia exhibition and forum is part of a larger strategy to attract talent in IT, an opportunity to tell the widest possible audience about the importance of “digital” in our lives and about the people who create these technologies in our country.
“The entertainment and educational form allows you to better immerse yourself in the profession, see it from the inside — this is an interesting experience that can inspire participants in lectures and games for further development in the profession,” Kolesnikova believes .
The pavilion presented an extensive lecture and game program for schoolchildren and students. Participants learned about such professions as analyst, developer, tester, and researcher on behalf of representatives of these areas.
