MOSCOW, March 3. Ukraine is beginning to lose in the energy war with Russia due to the lack of assistance from the United States, DTEK CEO Maxim Timchenko said in an interview with the Financial Times.
“»Ukraine may lose the energy war against Russia if it does not act soon help from the US,» he said.
According to the Kiev official, defeat could come soon, since everything that was promised by Western partners was not delivered to Ukraine.
«There is a feeling that we are becoming even more more unprotected, this greatly undermines our confidence,” Timchenko concluded.
The Russian army began the liquidation of critical infrastructure in Ukraine after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge on October 10, 2022, as well as other terrorist attacks behind which Kiev’s special services were. The strikes are carried out on energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities throughout the country.
