SIRIUS, March 6 Attempts to interfere with Russian the elections will come back to haunt those who try to carry them out, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
«I can assure you that all attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of the Russian Federation, in particular in the process of holding our elections, are doomed, firstly, to failure, and secondly, they will come back to haunt them. Because history remembers everything,» — Zakharova said at a briefing on Wednesday.
She emphasized that the Russian Foreign Ministry will do everything possible to organize voting abroad in the Russian presidential elections.
