In Krasnoyarsk, police began an investigation because of a party in the Hood bar after a denunciation by a deputy from United Russia. This is stated in the telegram channel of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Deputy of the regional parliament Elena Penzina wrote that in a bar a girl dressed as a Catholic nun rose from a coffin and danced with syringes with red liquid. It is unknown when exactly the party took place.
““Another den has opened right next to the security forces,” the United Russia woman complained. “At least two articles: promoting LGBT propaganda and insulting the feelings of believers.”
She accompanied the post with links to a photo report from the party from VKontakte, but it is now unavailable. “Presumably, the deleted photographs showed girls kissing,” claims the Krasnoyarsk publication NGS24.ru.
The Hood bar itself, according to its Telegram channel, does not position itself as a queer establishment.
In December 2023, Krasnoyarsk security forces conducted a raid during a drag show in another Krasnoyarsk establishment — the Elton bar. After a new show on February 23, at which a drag queen performed in military uniform, a new raid took place in the establishment due to a complaint from professional informer Ekaterina Mizulina, and the owners announced closure.
