Five people died, four of whom worked at the municipal unitary enterprise «Kirovsky Utilities Plant,» he said.
It is clarified that three more people were injured, and doctors are already helping them.
According to Pasechnik, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are working at the scene of the emergency and police.
The head of the region expressed condolences to the relatives of the victims and promised to provide the necessary assistance to the families of the victims.
