MAGAS, March 7Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev, as part of a working trip to Ingushetia, visited the Academy of Digital Development in the capital of the republic, Magas, which trains specialists in the field of IT technologies and high-tech business management.
Patrushev familiarized himself in detail with the work of the academy. Her listeners told the Secretary of the Security Council about the progress of training and prospects for future employment.
The Academy of Digital Development, which opened in February, was created on the initiative of the head of Ingushetia, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, and with the support of the Safmar group. The Academy was formed on the basis of the advanced educational IT project «School 21», which is supervised by Sberbank.
The Academy will train specialists in various fields: programming, artificial intelligence, design, project and product management. Highly qualified graduates will be able to work both in existing and newly created enterprises of the republic, and in federal companies in a remote format. At the academy you can study for free not only in a full-time format, but also online. More than 5 thousand applications for training there have already been received, and candidates undergo the necessary selection process.
An IT accelerator will be an addition to the work of the academy. This is an institution that creates conditions for the development of technology companies, products and services through mentoring, training, financial and expert support. It is expected that its activities will allow graduates to use the professional competencies acquired at the academy in Ingushetia. The accelerator will also train entrepreneurs capable of creating and developing their own businesses in the field of high technology.
40 entrepreneurs are already studying in the accelerator.
Also during the visit, Secretary Patrushev and Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the North Caucasian Federal District Yuri Chaika was shown a video presentation about the activities of the Revival Foundation, specially created for the implementation of charitable projects in Ingushetia, whose founder is Mikail Gutseriev. Among the main tasks of the fund, already implemented in the republic, are the reconstruction of tower and temple complexes in the mountainous region of Ingushetia, financing the construction and repair of social facilities in the field of culture, education and healthcare, and much more.
