“We should not judge a person by percentages, but by personal and business qualities, by his attitude to business. Therefore, if there is any choice and a woman will show herself properly when determining a place, a position, or moving up the career ladder — of course, there can be no restrictions here,” Putin said at a meeting with graduates of the Krasnodar Higher Military Aviation School.
