MOSCOW, March 10 The crew of the destroyed American Patriot air defense system in Ukraine , is probably completely eliminated, Forbes magazine military columnist David Ax writes about this.
Yesterday, the Russian Ministry of Defense published a video of an Iskander-M missile hitting Ukrainian equipment in the Pokrovsk region in the DPR; according to the department, the impact destroyed an anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) S-300. As a security source later reported, among the air defense systems destroyed by Iskander were two American Patriot air defense systems.
“Two Patriot launchers exploded, their crew members were almost certainly killed,” wrote Ex.
“»Ukrainians lost up to 13 percent as a result of one disaster their Patriot launchers,” stated Ex.
The last time the Russian military hit a Patriot was at the end of February. Then the launcher, tractor, ammunition and transport-loading vehicle of the complex came under attack from high-precision weapons.
