NOVOSIBIRSK, March 9 Heating from mobile boiler units was supplied on Saturday to the first five apartment buildings in the Tuvan Shagonar, where an accident occurred at a thermal power plant, reported the head of the republic Vladislav Khovalyg in his Telegram channel.
“In Shagonar, heating from mobile boiler units is supplied to five apartment buildings on Druzhby and Sayano-Shushenskaya streets, as well as to a number of social facilities. The coolant temperature is 30 degrees. In apartments it is from 15 degrees and is gradually increasing,” Khovalyg wrote.
According to him, specialists are preparing to supply heat to another 16 apartment buildings on Sayano-Shushenskaya Street.
«By the decision of the operational headquarters, we requested an inspection of the structures of the boiler room of the Shagonarskaya CHPP by the federal research center «Construction». We are waiting for specialists in the coming days,» added the head of Tuva.
The Telegram channel of the government of the republic reports that 6 apartment buildings have already been connected to the heat supply, as well as the administration of the Ulug-Khem kozhuun, the MMC of the Ulug-Khem kozhuun, the Construction College, the administration of the city of Shagonara, schools, kindergartens, a sports school and cultural facilities. Five mobile boilers are turned on on Meditsinskaya, Sayano-Shushenskaya, Druzhba, Gornaya streets.
Last Wednesday, in the three-story building of the central boiler house of the Shagonarskaya Thermal Power Plant, a coal dust explosion occurred in the fuel supply room, causing a fire on an area of 50 square meters. 23 people were injured, 15 were hospitalized. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations sent equipment to the region to restore heat supply and heat socially significant facilities.
On Thursday, the first boiler of the emergency thermal power plant was launched; its operation ensures heat supply on Gornaya and Ulug-Khemskaya streets. On Friday, the intermunicipal medical center in Shagonar was connected to heat. Two more boilers of the thermal power plant are being prepared for launch, and mobile boiler houses are also being put into operation.
